The activities of 'Defender Europe '23' in Kosovo are cancelled

'Defender Europe '23

The Ministry of Defense of Kosovo announced that, due to the situation in the north of Kosovo, the activities planned for today within the international exercise "Defender Europe '23" are cancelled.

No other details were given.

From May 21, Kosovo has become the host of the largest international exercises in the Balkan region, "Defender Europe 2023".

It is planned that these exercises will last until June 2 and over 1,300 soldiers of the Kosovo Security Force will participate in them, together with 24,000 soldiers from 25 NATO countries.
