Greek police have discovered a shocking case of child trafficking. Neighboring media reports that two people put an 8-month-old baby up for sale for 50,000 euros.

Everything was discovered thanks to the suspicions of the municipal police, who saw two men who had a baby with them, but who were not accompanied by a woman. The suspects were walking near the metro station "Agia Marina", in Aegaleo with the 8-month-old baby.

Initially, the men stated that the mother had given them the baby to go for a walk, but then they admitted that the mother had given the baby to them to sell for 50 thousand euros.

Both people have been arrested and proceedings have been initiated against them, while the case is being handled by the Juvenile Safety Department.

After the statement that they had taken the child to sell, the two defendants changed their testimony again, claiming that they stand by the first statement.
