Dritan Agolli, head of the Albanian Development Fund, has become a real businessman, although his son and wife are in the tourism business. Now at the head of a state institution, he has built a multitude of buildings, inside which he has built bars, restaurants and hotels.
Such was the project in Llixhat e Bënjës, in Saranda, Vlora or even in the outskirts of Tirana. A restaurant and bar was also built in the Retro park in Bulqiza, where all the construction was done with the tax money of Albanians, who are seeing themselves day by day just to survive.
Now, Agolli is "copying" businessman Behgjet Pacolli, who some time ago published a mega project for a huge resort in the beach and pine forest area of Divjaka. This time, again with Albanian money, Agolli is building a hotel, restaurant, bar and swimming pool in a hilly area.
According to documents available to VoxNews, the Albanian Development Fund has recently opened a tender with a large value. It concerns the procurement procedure with the object of "construction of infrastructure of integrated models in areas with development potential, Divjakë".
The fund will build the "knowledge and agrotourism olive farm" in Divjakë with a fund of 458,267,729 lekë, or about 4.6 million euros. A huge amount for a state-owned property that is more like a luxury resort.

But, looking at these figures, who will manage this resort?! VoxNews has learned that a large two-story building, with stone and woodwork, will be built on a hill in Divjaka.
Photos of the project look more like a luxury resort than a farm. The resort will have hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and even a swimming pool. “The main building, carefully designed to combine modern aesthetics with natural elements, stands in complete harmony with the surrounding landscape,” the designer writes.
According to her, green olive groves spread throughout the area, creating a peaceful and educational atmosphere. “The integrated swimming pool and green terraces add a sustainable and luxurious touch, making this farm a unique agro-tourism destination,” the documents state. This master plan and technical project was funded by the Municipality of Divjaka.
