Tenders for placing solar panels on the terrace of the Prime Minister's Office and the buildings of the ministries will be organized by the Albanian Development Fund.

The government has approved the decision "to charge the Albanian Development Fund, as a central purchasing body, to carry out the public procurement procedure for the implementation of the project for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the terrace of the Prime Minister's Office and line ministries".

The decision was taken at the meeting on September 28, but it was not made public either on the Prime Minister's website or in the Official Gazette.

In addition to these tenders, FShZh has recently undertaken a series of contested tenders, from the motor racing track in Elbasan to the construction of an installation at the Prime Minister's Office.

For the installation, Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the money is not from the state budget, but the funds of the FSA arrive up to 70 percent from the state budget and the rest from donors.

The value of the tenders is over 7 million euros, considered unnecessary expenses in a period of crisis.
