It is precisely these details that have led to the competition narrowing down and the company that meets them winning.

The company that was declared the winner, according to documents available to VoxNews, is CLASSIC, owned by Mr. Agron Papuli, who has 66.67% of the shares, and Mr. Artan Qesko, who has 33.33% of the shares of this company.

The object of the tender was "operational leasing vehicles, for a period of 5 years" from the OST, while the company "CLASSIC" offered a value of 28,440,000 million. The company "Tirana Auto" was also in the competition, with a value of 28,800,000 lek excluding VAT.

According to it, the vehicle must be a Pickup, the minimum ground clearance must be no less than 200 mm, the minimum length must be 5200 mm, the height 1750 mm, the width of the vehicle 1800 mm, the distance between the axles 3000 mm, the distance between the front wheels 1500 mm and the distance between the rear wheels 1500 mm.

But, accurate data on the length, height and width of the bodywork are also required, as well as the weight of the car or how much weight it can hold.
