A bar will be part of a construction project that the government will carry out in the center of Ksamil, in Saranda. The project, worth 5.5 million euros, includes an observation tower and a functional building.

In documents obtained by VoxNews, the construction also includes a large café, within the structure that the state is building. Naturally, the question arises as to whom the government has promised this café, given that Ksamil is one of the pearls of tourism in Albania.

It seems like a familiar story in all Albanian Development Fund projects, or even local ones. People close to the government take over the administration of these constructions.

According to the documents, the construction is called the "Hospitality Center", while the development area is located in the coastal town of Ksamil, Saranda Municipality, and includes a land area of ​​4075 m² and a development area of ​​2838 m².

"The location in the heart of the city ensures that the Center serves as a gravitational point for community activities and as an attractive destination for tourists. The topographical position of the land also offers the opportunity for open views and visual connections with the surrounding natural elements, such as Lake Butrint, the Ionian Sea and the hilly landscape that characterizes the area," the documents state.

According to them, this privileged location has influenced the architectural concept of the building, incorporating into the design not only functionality, but also the aesthetics of integration with nature and respect for the urban silhouette of Ksamil.

According to the KKTU, the development area envisages integrated functions, such as a community center with educational, social and cultural spaces, an observation tower with panoramic, recreational and service functions. As well as public green spaces, promenades and accessible terraces.

The document states that there will be a tower and upper floors. "The observation tower is a symbolic vertical structure that rises to a maximum height of 40.6 meters. On its floors there are various functions such as the fourth floor (96 m²) technical space and warehouse for the grass. The fifth floor (96 m²) local with panoramic views and a connecting bridge to the roof of the community building," the document states.

So, with state money, another bar will be built in one of the most beautiful areas of Ksamil. The tower's terrace will have a green garden and an observation point with views of the city, sea and lake.
