A few days ago, the State Intelligence Service published the report for 2021.

The leaders of SHISH had decided to document from their work a case of how a "diplomat" with a recruitment mission was surveilled and discovered by officials with access to classified information.

During the monitoring of the activity of a suspected foreign employee of an intelligence agency of an unfriendly country and with diplomatic cover, who, in this case, we are calling him with the nickname "Resident", intensive activity in contacts with various citizens of of our country, including employees of the central and local administration, due to the diplomatic function he used as a cover.

The advantage of this operative is the knowledge of the Albanian language and flexibility in establishing contacts.

"His propensity to gain access and enable meetings in the offices of institutions that administer classified information, as well as actions to avoid surveillance by security structures, has been noted.

The first suspicions that the "Resident" had launched a possible recruitment operation came after the attendance of several public telephone booths, at approximate times on certain days of the month, which were carried out after movements in the city streets on foot and by vehicle, for ensure that it was out of the monitoring range of specialized structures.

The host of the phone calls was an Albanian citizen, an employee at the central institution A. We are calling the employee here by the name "Key", says the SHISH Report.

Journalist Elton Qyno wrote that the "Key" agent, who tried to sell information classified as state secrets to a foreign diplomat, from "unfriendly" countries, is suspected to have been an employee of the office of the President of the Republic of Albania, who it has already been downloaded, according to SHISH.

In an article a few days ago, Qyno writes that SHISH itself identifies this agent in the report as an employee of institution "A", which according to the alphabetical division turns out to be the first institution of the state, the Presidency, this department is supplied in an up-to-date manner with secret information from the State Intelligence Service and the Military Intelligence Service.

According to the information we have in the presidency, there are two types of information. They are the secrets of NATO and those of national services such as SHISH or SHIU.

The first ones are executed after the president is recognized, while the second ones are archived according to the state secret law.

Vox News has learned that SHISH had doubts that information was coming out of the presidency.

The concern was sent to Meta through a former head of SHISH with whom Meta had a close relationship.

We will not make the names public because we are dealing with unfriendly services.

But what happened in this particular case and who are the names that are suspected in the presidency?

Meta immediately started the verifications and the first person put in the circle was a person in charge of preserving the State Secret in the Presidency.

After many investigations, suspicions and allusions, the Presidency was convinced that the person in question was not the author, since apart from the job he held, he did not have access to the contents of the secret documents.

The President requested the assistance of his associate to provide additional information.

As Vox News learns, SHISH thought of another solution by making a row with the Presidency.

Compiled a secret information with very sensitive content and sent it to the President.

This intentionally false information was only for the President and was not shared with other institutions such as the Prime Minister's Office.

After a few days, SHISH noticed that this information had gone to the 'Resident'.

Another investigation was conducted in the presidency and it turned out that the person who had contact with this information was an advisor to the President.

We will not publish the name again for the reasons we said above.

However, the scandal continues and deepens even further. After the President who was looking for the spy so much in his bosom, did not take any measure against the advisor.

Although SHISH says that the person with the nickname 'Celesi' was dismissed from office, according to our sources, he continues to be an employee of the presidency with an advisory role.

This has complicated the relationship of trust between SHISH and the Presidency, while the Prime Minister and the Western partners of Albania, located in our country, are aware of this.
