The vote on the Territorial Reform in the Assembly, with 85 votes in favor and 34 against, was accompanied by moments of tension and unusual scenes in the plenary session hall.

After the vote, Prime Minister Edi Rama left laughing, accompanied by Interior Minister Ervin Demo and Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi. Rama paused for a few moments to chat with the two.

Erion Braçe was seen with his head resting on his hand, while Elisa Spiropali stood during the vote, impatiently waiting to leave.

However, the majority approved the Territorial Reform with 85 votes in favor, while 34 opposition votes were against.

The moment of voting was accompanied by moments of chaos and tension, as Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku appeared in the Assembly hall to vote on the Territorial Reform. Democrats addressed her with the words "thief", "corrupt" and even "get out" and "go to jail".

The tensions didn't stop there, but Gazment Bardhi threw water at her and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
