Property prices in the capital have grown rapidly, especially in the last three years. This has been a tangible reality not only for the center of Tirana, or for other areas such as the former block, the Artificial Lake area in which prices have doubled, almost tripled, but also in other peripheral areas which a few years ago you could find an apartment at a reasonable price.

Alket Bogdani, property consultant also lists the areas, such as Fresku, Shkoza, the area where the new Boulevard passes, which currently offer an affordable alternative for citizens.

In addition, there are also areas with development prospects, which means that the value of the property will continue to grow.

However, says Bogdani, in determining the final price, there are several components that are taken into consideration, such as the quality of the construction, the floor on which it is located, the facilities offered by the area, which could be educational institutions, health centers, but why not services necessary or basic that can be supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, etc.
