The Albanian Development Fund has committed a limit fund of around 4.7 million euros for investments in a park in the capital. The procedure opened in the system of the Public Procurement Agency this Thursday was accompanied by the abbreviated notice of the contract, as well as two documents.

The first concerns the standard tender documents, named "DT Turtle Park", and the second minutes, which usually accompany the procedures for more detailed elements on the conditions. The object of the contract, according to the designation in the APP system, is "Investments for the transformation of public assets with development potential into models of the highest development standard, Lot 1 "Multifunctional Park, Tirana.

Regardless of the value of the limit fund and the documents accompanying this procedure, the only thing understood about the project is the fact that it will be a park in Tirana. The exact location of where this park will be, what the project designed for it foresees in detail or how it will be organized, are missing. Usually these elements are given in the technical report or report that explains the project, which in this case is missing from the procedure documents, making this new park in the capital somewhat "mysterious".

In the tender documents, it is understood that dedicated sports and recreational facilities are provided as part of the project.
