Their neighbor, Benereta Pashollari, says that the Azisllari family did not have good economic opportunities, with the head of the family working, while the mother took care of the children.

She also reveals details about how the serious incident occurred, explaining that the sponge in the house's mattress caught fire, filling the apartment with smoke, with the mother and son unable to escape.

"A working family, they were economically weak. The children's father worked, she supported the two children, fed them as much as she could.
