Firefighters neutralize the flames in Berat

A fire has been neutralized on Mount Partizan in Berat, thanks to the immediate intervention of firefighters.

4 fire engines and 20 employees were immediately engaged, making it possible to stop the spread of flames in this wooded area, as well as keeping it under monitoring due to the risk of a possible reactivation.

Fortunately, the flames only burned a small area of 50 square meters with about 20 pine roots.

The possibility that the fire was intentional is not excluded.
