Serious injury in Fresku revealed, one of the perpetrators arrested (VIDEO)

Tirana Police have released new details regarding the incident of December 6, 2025, where a 26-year-old man was seriously injured with sharp objects at the Fresku roundabout. Three citizens involved in this organized attack have been identified, one of whom has been arrested.

According to the Police, the suspects Gj. N., 36 years old, and Xh. U., 30 years old, are suspected of having ordered citizen HM, 49 years old, to commit the injury for weak motives. All three individuals have criminal records for crimes against the person, while the arrested HM has previously been prosecuted for illegal possession of weapons.

During the operation, the 49-year-old was placed in handcuffs, while work continues to locate and arrest the two perpetrators. Investigations are also expanding the circle of people involved, as it is suspected that other individuals may have participated in the incident.

Meanwhile, criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizen TD, 33 years old, who is suspected of having accompanied the alleged perpetrator to the crime scene and has refused to state the circumstances of the incident.

The materials have been referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further investigations.
