Martin Can's murder, 6 people testify in closed-door session

Six other people, including 4 minors, testified this Wednesday at the Tirana Criminal Court, in the ongoing trial against the suspected perpetrator of the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani.

Four girls who were in the same class as the late Martin Cani, at the 9-year-old school "Fan Noli", gave testimony before the judge of the case on the day of the incident. 
 
The hearing was held behind closed doors due to the testimony of minor children, without the presence of the media, while there is no data about their testimony because they are minors. 

In addition to them, two adults who were not related to the incident, but were called as random witnesses to understand how the stabbing occurred, also testified at the hearing. The next hearing was scheduled for June 25, where other witnesses will appear.

The serious crime was recorded on November 18, 2024 in Tirana, by a peer just 200 meters from the "Fan Noli" school. The incident occurred 3 days after a conflict had arisen between two teenagers inside the school, for trivial reasons, which had seemingly ended, but which had rekindled again.
