Gëzim Sinomati, the 22-year-old who was executed by sniper on Sunday evening (January 7), will be escorted to his last residence today.
The young man was shot while he was on the balcony of the apartment where he had gone out to smoke a cigarette, from a stolen BMW X3 car with duplicate license plates.
Gëzim Sinomati was shot from the back seat of the car at a distance of 35-40 m. In the back of the car that was used by the assassins and that was found burned, a concrete block was found, which had been modified in the back seat to hold the shooter.
The investigative team suspects that we are dealing with a professional shooter. The concrete block served to support the gun so that there was no shock and no misfire.
He is also suspected of being a professional hitman. The weapon has not been found, nor the cartridge until these moments.
Almost 50 security cameras of businesses and the city have been collected for the purpose of identification. The perpetrators have not been identified, as they stayed in an unlit area and avoided cameras.
