He stole the house of Benzema, the former director of Water Supply towards
Benzema and Alfred Prodani

The former director of Water Supply and Sewerage in Kurbin, Alfred Prodani, will be extradited to Spain to face justice there as he turns out to be involved in a series of thefts in that country.

Arrested at the beginning of the month, after the end of his 40-day detention term, the Court of Kurbin changed the security measure for the 41-year-old, leaving him in prison indefinitely, while the extradition procedures to the Spanish state continue.

Following the imposition of a suspended prison sentence, the Spanish authorities brought in the investigation file and evidence implicating Prodan in several episodes of theft, forcing the black platoon in Kurbin to keep Prodan in prison for extradition.

Alfred Prodani was denounced three years ago by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for taking part in the robbery of the house of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

According to authorities, Prodani is involved in about 40 episodes of burglary in Spain.
