The new bridge at the entrance to the city of Kukës was opened for traffic today.
The iron bridge, which has cost the pockets of Albanians a full 36 million euros, is expected to significantly ease traffic, mainly for vehicles traveling to and from Kosovo.
Prime Minister Edi Rama, as he has shared a video on social networks, ridicules the rumors that were circulating that the Kukes bridge had suffered a defect and was therefore closed.
"Thank you, THE GREAT BRIDGE OF KUKS and a sincere prayer for those who said the bridge fell, the bridge rusted, the bridge was broken: When you cross the bridge, enjoy it, but curse as much as possible, because the evil eye cracks and add us anger about work", writes Rama on Facebook.
