The idea that the car was used by police officers for state purposes, has been firmly established by the residents, as the individuals driving this car have stopped several residents and young men in Dobrač and Kiras, who, introducing themselves as "policemen", have physically checked them and then they released them.

The journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, has learned that its circulation in public with people wearing vests with the inscription "Police" and the detention of some residents on the street, has created the perception that this car was really used by employees of the State Police.

But all this strategy was simply for disguise, being used as a "trap" for the members of the Lici tribe, who on the day of the event left their apartment in a black "Benz" vehicle, after they had planned to go to dine in Podgorica, Montenegro.

The perpetrators of the crime were also aware of this movement, who quickly took the same car that was being used as a vehicle for police purposes a few days ago.

According to the police, the "Range-Rover" car immediately came out of the alley where Astmer Bilali has a house (one of the main enemies of the Lici family in Shkodër), putting you behind the Benz, which was driven by Hamza Lici and whose passenger was Arlind Bushati.

Meanwhile, a third person believed to have been in the back seat was injured. The "Range-Rover" of the "Police" has just reached the "Benz" car, two people opened fire from behind with two automatic weapons (around 38 bullets), breaking the windows of the vehicle and killing the two people who were in the car .

Suspicions say that Ibrahim Lici was also in the car, who received two bullets in his body, but miraculously survived. He himself is widely believed to have first gone to a private clinic in Shkodër, where he received treatment and then left.

While yesterday, the police carried out checks in two private clinics in Shkodër, but they could not find evidence of his presence.

The presence of Ibrahim Lici was seen at the scene confused, as he was filmed by an amateur camera, standing next to the lifeless body of his brother, Hamza Lici.

Meanwhile, from the acts of medical and legal expertise, it was found that Hamza Lici received two bullets, one in the head and the other in the heart.

While Arlind Bushati, the son of Xhemal Bushati, DP official in Shkodër, received only 1 bullet in the head. But it is highly suspected that Flutura Basha, the woman left dead in this assassination, also has 1 bullet in her body.
