Pictures of the 'Silent' operation for the destruction of the weapons modification depot in the village of Kodër-Mëzez in Tirana have been published.

A quantity of weapons and ammunition were seized from the police operation, while two persons, Elvis Bakllai, 30 years old and Dorian Kalo, 45 years old, were handcuffed for possessing and producing firearms.

Tirana Police has provided details regarding the police operation.

A warehouse was discovered that was used for the trade, production and modification of firearms. As part of Operation 'Silent', a base where firearms were produced and modified was discovered and hit. In an apartment in Kodër-Mëzez, there was activity for the production of these weapons. It became possible to catch and arrest Elvis Bakllait, 30 years old, Dorian Kalos for possession and production of firearms.'- said Lorenc Panganika.
