"Meat with cocaine" from Brazil that was caught in Durrës was

45.5 kg of cocaine were seized in the port of Durrës last night. The narcotics were hidden in a container with chicken that had come in transit from Brazil.

The shipment of meat has come at the expense of a company. Arben Ferizi, a resident of Prishtina, acting as administrator of the company, and Egert Vargu, acting as a customs agent in the Port of Durrës, were handcuffed. The two arrested are charged with the criminal offense "Narcotics Trafficking".

It is learned that the meat consignment was destined for "Apetit Group" in Northern Macedonia, with administrator Arben Ferizi.

So far, this company has been operating in the market in Kosovo for years. "Apetit Group" in Kosovo is located in Vushtrri. While in 2019 in this company there was a murder, Kosovo media reported. Armend Kutllovci, a former employee, was killed at that time.
