In Dhimitër Kokonoz's business, a hand grenade was not deployed. Rei Karriqi and Arjan Pano, 23 years old and 42 years old, both residents of neighborhood no. 2 in Përrenjas, in cooperation with each other, put a hand grenade on the veranda of the Kokonoz bar.

One of the detainees has a significant criminal record, in Albania and Italy, for criminal offenses in the field of crimes against the person and property. As material evidence, 2 mobile devices were seized that can be used to fully document the motive and circumstances of this event.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, for further investigative actions.
