By order of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, a 9,000m2 field in Fushë-Prezë has been seized.
As stated in the Prosecution's announcement, the seizure came after a complaint made by a citizen with the initials MD, that his grandfather's land no longer appeared in the family's assets.
After investigations, it turns out that citizen Altin Topalli has unjustly appropriated this land and sold it for 100 thousand euros.
When questioned about this property, which turns out to be not only his, but the entire family's since 1992, he gave two versions.
"It turns out that citizen AT owned this property. When asked about the purchase, citizen AT gave two versions about the property, once that the property belonged to his father and he has old documentation and then stated that he bought it. Meanwhile, there is no evidence that the above citizens had the ability to pay and the resources to pay the amount of money of 62,203,500 lek or (450,000 Euros) paid for the purchase of the property. Citizen AT donated this property in 2016 to citizen BV, represented by power of attorney by AV. This citizen explained that he purchased the above property for 100,000 Euros from AT ," says the Prosecution.
