The hearing for the murder, kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga continues at the Special Court, with defendants Dritan Rexhepi and Aldo Majnishta.

The court said it has arrived in Albania to question witnesses Astrit Prenga, Jan Prenga's brother, and Gëzim Shullani.

"Before we review your request, we want to know the criminal status of the persons who will testify, details on the questions that will be given to them for explanations, the charges for which the witnesses should be questioned, how their testimony can serve in the SPAK investigation."

"The British police should be tasked with asking the questions that the Albanian authorities will make available to us," the letter states.
