A three-story building was blown up this Monday morning along the Vlorë-Radhima road axis. The building, which was under construction but had not implemented the building permit, had violated the rules.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared footage of its collapse on social media this morning, calling it another step in the battle against illegality.

In his Facebook post, Rama emphasizes that confronting construction without permits or in violation of permits is a mission that will be carried forward to the end, to protect public spaces and stop the disfigurement of common areas.
