Robert Domi, Andrea Dema and Genis Mustafa, arrested on August 31 after being accused of supplying cocaine to several networks of distributors who then distributed it in the main neighborhoods of the capital, appeared before the Court today to familiarize themselves with the security measure.
After the end of the session, the court sentenced Genis Mustafa to 45 days in prison, while Robert Domi and Andrea Dema were each sentenced to 30 days in prison.
The three arrested persons denied the accusation. Genis Mustafa, a bartender in a bar in the capital, claimed that a friend of his had introduced him to another person a few months ago. A few days ago, this person, according to Mustafa, gave him a package to keep.
He had left the package in his car parked near "Myslym Shyri" street. On the day of the arrest, this person, who, according to the lawyers, was a police infiltrator, asked for a meeting. They drank a coffee and went to the car, where the police intervened.
Cocaine was found in the vehicle and Mustafa was handcuffed, while the suspected infiltrator left. The other two people were stopped a few meters away. The lawyers have claimed that there is no authorization from the prosecutor's office for performing simulated actions in the file.
