The GJKKO accepts the request of SPAK and dismisses the case against Pjerin Ndreu, who was investigated for the criminal offense of "abuse of office". The decision was issued today by judge Etleva Deda.

Ndreu was reported to the special structure by the Democratic Party in Lezha in 2023 regarding the sidewalk on the Lezha-Shëngjin road, in the 'Xhenjo' neighborhood.

The road axis is under the control of the ARRSH and the municipality of Lezha had no right to carry out works, the DP said in its denunciation.

The Democratic Party accused Ndreu of awarding this tender during the campaign. Other municipal officials involved in the tender for the construction of the road are also under investigation.
