The 7 lecturers of "Aleksandër Xhuvani" University and the realtor will appear before the court today

Today at 09:30 in the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Elbasan, a session will be held for "Validation of arrest and setting of security measures" for the 7 lecturers and the realtor.

They are accused of the criminal offenses "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions" carried out in cooperation, provided by article 259/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, "Abuse of duty", provided by article 248 of the Criminal Code.

Their arrest was carried out on November 1 during the coded police operation "Teza" that took place at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education at "Aleksandër Xhuvani" University.
