The member of the Independent Qualification Commission, KPK, Etleda Çiftja, has been declared innocent by GJKKO.

Judge Erjon Bani dismissed the accusations of SPAK.

On September 12, the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime, SPAK, requested 1 year in prison for the member of the Independent Qualification Commission, KPK, Etleda Çiftija.

This sentence would be converted into probation for 2 years.

But this request was not accepted by GJKKO.

Therefore Etleda Čiftjas charged the charges of "false statement" and "forgery" in the form of use.

According to SPAK, the false declaration was made by the couple to the selection commissions for a position in the Independent Qualification Commission.
