Who is 'Alketa' who cleaned the drug money in Italy, of

The Italian police have hit a group of traffickers led by Albanians. Italian media reports that the head of the organization is suspected to be 41-year-old Alfred Leçini. He is in prison where he has been sentenced to 11 years and 6 months.

According to the Italian media, Leçin managed the group's affairs directly from his hometown of Elbasani, which is otherwise considered one of the drug epicenters in Albania, or as the Italian media write: "Elbasani, considered one of the Albanian drug capitals".

The investigators suspect that his support is 55-year-old Hatim Hujesini, originally from Macedonia, who was arrested by the Italian police. Also imprisoned was Nabil Kalchi, a 46-year-old Moroccan and contemporary of Marco Cantori.
