Seizure of the ship with 2275 tons of oil in the Port of Durrës, 4 Lebanese

The Durrës court ordered the 'prison arrest' measure for the crew of the Lebanese ship that brought 2275 tons of contraband oil.

Citizens Zuhair Alkwaifi, Amad Abushala, Muayid Ali Altahir and Badr Teezini were left in prison.

It is also said that the amount of fuel did not correspond to the documentation, as there were more liters on the ship than was documented.

The captain, his two assistants and a loading-unloading employee, all Libyan citizens, are accused of suspected trade and transportation of contraband goods.

Earlier in his testimony, one of the arrested, Zuhair Alkwafi, said that this is the third time he brings oil to Albania.
