New details have come to light from the tragedy recorded this afternoon at Potami beach in Himare, where a 7-year-old girl was hit to death by a dinghy.

It is learned that the head of the Community Policing Section in Elbasan, Arjan Tase, who was driving the boat, had approached the seashore to pick up his family and then headed back to the sea. 

But the powerful propellers of the raft took the life of the 7-year-old. The dinghy was with two engines 2 x 300 hp about 7 meters and named "Mother 154".

After hitting the 7-year-old, Tase did not get off the dinghy to see her condition, nor did his wife, as he had a verbal conflict with the other vacationers.

In the place where the event took place, reports that there was no corridor approved for the entry and exit of vessels.

It is not yet known whether Tase had a license to drive a watercraft. After the incident, he was escorted to the police station of Himara, as he was also dismissed from the ranks of the State Police.
