The boat that was driven by the head of the Community Policing Section in Elbasan, Arjan Tase, is known to have two 2 x 300 hp engines, about 7 meters long, named "Mother 154".

He crashed to death a 7-year-old girl, who had gone on vacation with her family to the beach of Potami in Himare.

As seen in the following Vizion Plus photos, Arja Tase was with other people on board at the time of the accident. In the footage published immediately after the event, two minor children, a woman and another person can be seen on board the raft, while Tase himself is at the helm of the boat.

In the place where the event took place, reports that there was no corridor approved for the entry and exit of vessels.
