The Supreme Court has upheld the sentence of 8 years and 9 months in prison for Safet Bajri.

This court has left in force the decision given by the Court of Shkodra with the recognition of the decision of the Belgian courts.

We remind you that Bajri has been asking for bail for several months, requests which were rejected by the courts.

He still has a few months left to serve his sentence.
