Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that corruption in Albania will be destroyed with serious criminal blows and with a secret service that will be in partnership with the American CIA.

In a comment published on social networks, Ngjela writes that this secret service will professionally track the bank deposits of powerful people in Albania around the world, will have great legal powers until the eradication of the corruption phenomenon in Albania, will decide the new anti-crime legal order and will destroy organized crime by giving Albania the opportunity to start promoting its development of uninterrupted economic progress.

He further compares George Orwell's allegorical novel, "Animal Farm," with supporters of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
