SPAK "landing" in the south of the country! Checks in two villas of
Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agasi

SPAK has conducted inspections at a luxury complex in the south of the country.

It is reported that the searches were carried out in two villas of Ergys Agas and in one villa of Ermal Beqiri. The searches were carried out by decision of the GJKKO.

BKH investigators have seized materials and equipment from the villas.

The Special Prosecution Office has declared Ergys Agas and Ermal Beqiri wanted, for whom the security measure "arrest with imprisonment" has been imposed.

This action follows an in-depth investigation by SPAK, conducted in cooperation with the National Bureau of Investigation, which has uncovered a suspected criminal scheme related to the manipulation of public tenders of the National Agency for the Information Society. According to the prosecution, this scheme is suspected of having been carried out through pressure, violence and illegal deprivation of liberty against economic operators participating in tender procedures.
