ChatGPT revealed the truth: 13-year-old Albanian girl was thrown from the

The questions that Aurora Tila asked ChatGpt would contribute to uncovering evidence of the persecution she had suffered. This is stated in the sentencing of the boy, then 15 years old, now sentenced to 17 years for killing the 13-year-old by throwing her from a balcony in Piacenza, Italy on October 25, 2024.

The minor asked the artificial intelligence for advice on the relationship, whether she should leave it and how to distinguish true love from toxic love. According to the Bologna Juvenile Court, the victim “with extreme sincerity” asked ChatGpt “to understand how to behave in that delicate and suffocating situation.”

For the panel of judges presided over by Gaetano Scaduti, not only had the persecution taken place, but it was precisely the situation that had arisen and Aurora's fear for her safety that led her to accept the last meeting with the young man. For the magistrates, "in a rage of possessiveness and jealousy, which he constantly showed towards his girlfriend, he had told her that 'if he didn't have her, no one else would have her'."

The verdict reveals that, although premeditation was not contested, the young defendant had told a friend the day before that he wanted to kill the 13-year-old. A cellmate, who later testified at trial, is said to have told the story. It was for this purpose that the boy allegedly took with him a screwdriver, which was later seized.

The judges considered the messages he sent her about wanting to meet as "evil." "Tomorrow is the last time, then never again" and "I promise that after the meeting on Friday, I will never contact you again."

Aurora Tila, "perhaps and paradoxically," would have fulfilled her destiny precisely in a desperate attempt "to deactivate the climate of hatred" that her decision to end the relationship would have had on her ex.

While she hoped the meeting would calm her down, he "had already decided that he would kill Aurora" by arranging the final meeting and taking advantage of her "to put his evil plan into action."

The convicted man showed no signs of remorse or compassion for the victim. He denied the murder, initially referring to an accidental fall and then to a deliberate act on the part of the girl. However, the judges described the evidence against this latter version as “overwhelming” and “unwavering”, even for eyewitnesses who had seen the scene.

In November, the Bologna Juvenile Court sentenced, in an expedited trial, to 17 years in prison the 16-year-old accused of the aggravated murder of his ex-girlfriend, who died after falling from the 7th floor balcony of the building where she lived with her family. The prosecutor had requested a sentence of 20 years and 8 months.

According to the prosecution, the 16-year-old, who had always insisted on his innocence, pushed her off the balcony, then hit her to knock her down, as she was holding onto the railing, as also reported by several witnesses from a nearby building.

Prosecutor Simone Purgato requested a sentence of 20 years in prison (plus 8 months for illegal possession of a screwdriver) for the 16-year-old boy accused of intentional homicide, with the aggravating circumstance of stalking, the victim's young age and the fact that he was in a romantic relationship with her. The prosecution had also requested that mitigating circumstances not be recognized.

The 16-year-old had pleaded not guilty and his lawyers believed it was either a deliberate act on the girl's part or an accident.

The trial was conducted using the abbreviated procedure (which gives the right to a reduction of one third of the sentence). Aurora's mother, Morena Corbellini, was present in court as usual, assisted by lawyers Anna Ferraris and Mario Caccurri. The 16-year-old defendant was represented by lawyer Ettore Maini and his colleague Rita Nanetti.

The boy allegedly pushed Aurora off the balcony, then hit her hands with his knees, causing her to fall as she grabbed onto the railing. The defendant's lawyers, however, insisted it was an accident or a deliberate act.

Answering reporters' questions before entering the courtroom, Aurora's mother stressed that "beyond mental instability," the defendant "killed Aurora because he is a natural killer. People are born that way. Did he kill her out of jealousy? Maybe. For possession? Definitely for possession, because she said "no." She didn't love him anymore."
