Journalist Adriatik Doçi has stated that he has decided to appeal the decision of the prosecutor Alfred Shehu, who decided not to initiate a criminal proceeding for his lawsuit, where he claims that the two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi have hidden the evidence for the former minister Arben Ahmetaj in in connection with the affair of the incinerators, where Klodian Zoto paid the bills of luxury hotels.

Invited to the show Zona Zero on Top News, Doçi considered this decision as unprecedented and said that the procurator Alfred Shehu did not do any kind of verification and did not interrogate anyone, neither himself nor the two SPAK prosecutors.

The journalist stated that the decision was based on the general investigation of the incinerators, while his lawsuit was only for the concealment of evidence against Ahmetaj. According to him, the investigations show that Ahmetaj is the initiator of this affair.

"Prosecutor Alfred Shehu decided not to start the criminal proceedings. Today I appealed the decision to the Special Court, it was not accepted. We are not dealing with diversion of investigations, but destruction of evidence.

Koka and Blako are in prison for the same charge, while one is enjoying life in the Swiss Alps. Alfred Shehu's answer should have been whether these facts were on Kloodian Zoto's computer, he did not say anything, but was justified by the fact that they were divided into two criminal proceedings.

The proceedings were divided in September of this year, while new evidence was found in March of this year. After they got acquainted with the evidence, they divided it into two proceedings and they did not include Ahmetaj anywhere, they did not include the ministry that Ahmetaj led.

A bomb exploded in their hands in the eyes of public opinion, because they are hiding the evidence. Two officials have been charged and the others have been spared. But they are the only ones, did they make this story? The investigations show that the initiator of this affair is Arben Ahmetaj. I have followed the legal path, I have appealed with my claims.

No verification of the claims has been done. At least the two prosecutors of SPAK should be questioned about what happened to these evidences. They did not interrogate me either, who did the procedure. No verification has been done, but it has been taken up entirely with the investigation of the incinerators, but in the meantime I have no claim about the investigations in general. I have claims as to why this evidence was deleted.

I am determined to take it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. To verify if these claims are correct and if it is true, someone should be held responsible, first the two prosecutors and then Arben Ahmetaj.

Let's assume for a moment that these prosecutors have not seen this evidence, but now that it has come out, should there be a start of a criminal proceeding. But there is only silence and that leaves a lot of room for doubt," declared Doçi.
