The cases of fraud in the city of Korça have increased significantly when, in addition to the arrest of the Director of the Environment in the Municipality of Tirana, Vjola Sterjos, the prosecution has arrested and charged another person, named Klajdi Avramushi.

"Ora News" has learned that Avramushi was discovered thanks to the interception of a file on the cocaine trade in Korça, and during the conversations he communicates with Aleks Deli, the owner of a photography studio "ICON", where he promises to win a tender, which he will was held at the Internal Affairs and Control Service in Korça.

According to the intercepted conversations, the purpose of the tender was to wash the photos of the arrested persons and Avramushi presented himself to Deli as an employee of SHCA (Officer), promising him that he would intervene for the conclusion of the contract.

From the conducted interceptions, they discovered that Klajdi Avramushi, not only was not an employee of the SCA, but the prosecutors realized that the man they were investigating for fraud was part of a large chain of cocaine distributors in Korça.

Klajdi Avramushi was in constant contact with Juxhin Kulla, a leader of the group that traded cocaine and received orders from him to distribute drugs in the neighborhoods of Korça. Based on this situation, the prosecution was intercepting and investigating Avramushi in two different lines, that of drug trade and fraud.

Through investigative actions and the subsequent report that the owner of the "Icon" photo studio made to the police, it turned out that Avramushi had received an advance of 1.5 million old lek. Alex Deli has begun to demand an account for the money that Klydi Avramushi had given and for the fact that the contract was not being signed.

But Clyde made excuses, putting off the wait day by day. During the interrogation, Deli told the police that his father had a meeting with the father of Klajdi Avramushi, learning from him that there are several people who complained about Klajdi, whom he deceived in the same way.

From the leaked intercepts, Klajdi Avramushi tells Alex Deli: "...in the morning at 10:00 we are at work, if you don't look at all the invoices, if you don't read the contract and don't sign with the conditions that are there, you don't like it, I'll return the money back...".

After a few minutes, the defendant Avramushi again communicates with Deli, affirming to the latter "...we entered the tender and received a warning for exclusion, did you see that o...".

Both of these conversations, says the Korça prosecutor's office, had the purpose of deceiving Deli, with the aim of not returning the financial amount. This is because in the days when this conversation took place, there was no tendering procedure on the part of SHCA.

Furthermore, it has been confirmed by the regional office of the SCBA in Elbasan, that this structure has no competence to conclude contracts or develop tenders with private entities and natural persons.
