Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani has spoken about SPAK's request to sentence Lefter Koka to 10 years in prison and Alqi Bllko to 4 years for the incinerator issues.
Manjani describes SPAK's accusations as scandalous, and according to him, Enver Hoxha did not do this either.
According to him, SPAK is sending messages to the people that "if a politician or businessman is punished without evidence, anyone can be punished"
" Justice must lower the bar. Professionals have a public duty not to tire and explain to the people in what scandalous conditions cases are raised and people are brought before justice with judges who are afraid.
There is nothing proven, the incinerator is there. According to experts, the company has spent more money than it should have spent, there is no longer any talk of corruption.
The accusation does not know how much the value of corruption is. Even Enver Hoxha has done this. This does not serve the public. Narrowing things down for political interests is not good for justice. Confidence in the justice system should be increased, if not the public should be shown that I should be put in prison ".
