Applications for the registration of children in Tirana Municipality nurseries

The General Directorate of Nurseries has announced the opening of applications for the registration of children in the nurseries of the Municipality of Tirana.

Applications will be open at each daycare center on June 5-9, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Parents must submit the necessary documentation defined by category.

The documentation can be downloaded from the official portal e-albania with the personal code of the identity card or submit the photocopy of the card to the commission and complete the declaration for the protection of personal data.

- Appropriate documentation for each of the categories:

Appropriate criteria and documentation, for applicants who come from the socio-economic strata in need, who are referred to vulnerable categories according to VKB No. 158, dated 26.12.2019 "For the approval of the system of local taxes and fees in the city of Tirana " 

Appropriate documentation for each of the categories: 
2. Children with the status of orphans 
- Booklet of the status of orphans of the child - Personal certificate of the child and family 
3. Children of families where the legal guardian has the status of orphans 
- Booklet of the status of the legal guardian of of the child - Personal certificate of the child and family 
4. Children with mental and physical disabilities and with serious illnesses, according to the report of the medico-legal commission - The 
medico-legal report of the child - Personal and family certificate of the child 
5. Children where the guardian legal is mentally and physically disabled and with a serious illness, according to the report of the medico-legal commission 
- Medical-legal report of the legal guardian of the child - Personal and family certificate of the child
6. Children of families who are treated with economic assistance 
- Personal and family certificate of the child - Certification from the Administrative Unit for the treatment with economic assistance of the legal guardian 
7. Children of mono-parental families, where the legal guardian's salary is at/below the minimum wage level approved by the relevant by-law 
- Personal and family certificate of the child - Salary certificate of the legal guardian, which must be at/below the minimum wage in the Republic of Albania (30,000 lek) - Certificate of Social and Health Insurance Contributions for the Individual from the official e-albania portal 
8. Children of families, where the legal guardian of the child, is divorced or widowed, (according to the family status certificate), but who is on/below the minimum salary on the scale, certified with the relevant documentation - Personal and family certificate of the child 
- Proof of salary of the legal guardian, which must be at/below the minimum wage in the Republic of Albania (30,000 lek) - Proof of Social and Health Insurance Contributions for the Individual from the official e-albania portal 9. Children of Roma minority 
families and Egyptian, according to the relevant certification issued by the organizations that protect their rights or the self-declaration where it is determined that the family is part of these minorities 
- Child's personal and family certificate - Certificate issued by organizations that protect their rights or self-declaration 
10. Children placed in foster care by foster families, according to the legislation in force, certified with relevant documentation 
- Child's personal and family certificate - Decision of the court for granting custody

11. CRITERIA AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR OTHER CATEGORIES: 
- Child's personal and family certificate - Proof of work with reflected monthly salary, of the legal guardian (of the parents) - Proof of Social and Health Insurance Contributions for the Individual from the official portal of -Albania
