There is still no expert report that would lead to the questioning of MP Bujar Çela, in whose warehouse two people, father and son, died.

But in the meantime, the court has continued to determine the loss of the power of the measure of suspension from duty against the other two.

Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the Anticorruption Court decided to remove the measure of suspension from office against Miklocan Petros and Ilmi Uku, while the day before the measure against an inspector and the chief inspector also lost its power.

All of them are under investigation for unauthorized works in the MP's facility, which is the reason why the Fier prosecutor's office declared lack of competence and delegated it to SPAK.
