An explosive device was placed on a vehicle in Vlora. The police informs that the explosion happened around 02:55, in the "Independence" neighborhood, in the "Audi" type vehicle. The car was owned by 31-year-old Ermal Kasa, a resident of Elbasan.
As a result of the explosion there was only material damage.
The motives of the perpetrator / s are not known, while the police are investigating to clarify the circumstances.
