The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has asked the Constitutional Court to examine the hearing on the immigrant agreement with Italy in a hearing open to the public.

In the letter addressed to this institution and bearing the signature of the chairman of the Group, Gazment Bardhi, it is argued that the session should be open to the media and the public, as it carries a special importance.

We recall that the agreement with Italy for immigrants has caused fierce debates between the opposition and the majority, while the Constitutionalist spoke suspending the approval of this pact between the two countries.
