Socialist MP Plarent Ndreca appears at the GJKKO for the preliminary session.

Ndreca, along with several other former officials, is accused of legal violations in the tender for the reconstruction of four police stations during his time as Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior. According to SPAK investigations, it is suspected that illegal changes were made to the tender fund, favoring the winning company and businessman Gjon Radovani. 

The initial report was made by the Supreme State Audit Office, which identified inconsistencies and legal deviations in the procurement procedures for the reconstruction of police stations in Vlora, Mirditë, Pogradec and Police Station No. 4 in Tirana. 

At the next preliminary hearing, it is expected to be decided whether the case will proceed to trial or be returned for further investigation.
