The Special Court has separated the case of former Vlora Chief Prosecutor Aurel Zarka from the other defendants who are wanted, and accepted SPAK's request to move his trial.

Zarka has been charged with corruption and influence peddling, while his name emerged after the debunking of the skyECC application.

On the other hand, the court has separated the file for the other three people, including former BKH officer Erjona Daupaj, lawyer Radovan Çela and Astrit Vladi, because they have not yet been arrested by the police and are still wanted.
