A number of changes in the ranks of leaders have involved the State Police.

Among them is the new head of the "Fast Albania" sector, Artur Shira. Fast is the special police unit for capturing wanted persons.

So, the head of the Tepelena police station, Florian Rrasa, is appointed head of the computer fraud sector.

Considering the contribution and results of Police employees, in the tasks they perform, and their right to transfers/promotions, according to legal provisions, in order to increase performance at work, which has a direct role in fulfilling the objectives of the Police of the State, the General Director of the State Police has decided the transfer and appointment of some Police employees to other duties, as follows:     

Director Hergis Jica , until now head of the Computer Fraud Investigation Department, in the Directorate for Cybercrime Investigations, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of the State Police, is appointed as head of the Department for Coordination Issues, in The Directorate of EUROPOL, in the Department for International Relations, in the General Directorate of the State Police.    

Chief Commissioner Florian Rrasa , until now head of the Tepelena Police Station, in the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate, is appointed head of the Computer Fraud Investigation Department, in the Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Directorate, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of Police of the State. 

Commissioner Learton Haxho , until now a specialist/instructor in the Third Party and Career Training Sector, in the Operational Tactical Training Center, in the Security Academy, is appointed head of the Tepelen Police Station, in the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate. 

Director Agim Koçiraj , until now head of the "Fast Albania" Sector, in the "FAST ALBANIA" Research Sector, in the Special Operational Force Directorate, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of the State Police, is appointed director of the Directorate Local Border and Migration Tirana.

Director Artur Shira , head of the Sector for the Investigation of Property Crimes, in the Directorate for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of the State Police, is appointed head of the "Fast Albania" Sector, in the Sector for Search "FAST ALBANIA", in the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of the State Police.  

Chief Commissioner Akil Kalo , until now an assistant in the auxiliary office in the Shkoder Local Police Directorate, is appointed deputy director for Public Security, in the Shkoder Local Police Directorate. 

Director Afrim Tafa , until now deputy director for Public Security, in the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, is appointed assistant in the Department for Information Technology, in the General Directorate of the State Police. 

Manager Arben Joco , until now director of the Local Border and Migration Directorate of Tirana, is appointed assistant in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of the State Police.
