The repentant justice official, Erion Alibej, has confessed to the Criminal Court of Kosovo about the role of Xhuliano Hoxha in the murder of Emiljano Ramazan , a crime that occurred on July 20, 2020.

Alibej, during questions asked by Xhuliano Hoxha's lawyer, stated that the latter had the role of informant of the victim's movements.

The repentant justice official has indicated that Nuredin Dumani did not know Emiliano Ramazan.

"I told him. I told him who he was. I also gave him information about Elio Bitri.  We didn't have a concrete plan. We didn't have a list. We were looking and evaluating how we would act.  Emiliano Ramazani was a close friend of Talo Celë, Mikael Qose and the Çopja brothers. I had endless information about him," said Alibej.

The penitent stated that on the day of Emiljano Ramazan's execution, he communicated with Xhuliano Hoxha.

"I've been paying Julian all along,"  he said.

He stressed that after committing the crime, he sent Nuredin Dumani an amount of 80-85 thousand euros.

Erion Alibej added that there was a girl in a taxi who went to get the money.

"Emiliano spent a lot of time in the gym. From the day we left for his execution until he left the gym, Giuliano was active the whole time. He stayed there and we talked together continuously on SKY ECC.

For me, the information was reliable. On the day of the execution, he was the only informant.

"I communicated with Nuredin about the murder of Emiliano Ramazan. I had to take the payment to the district TEG. I sent Arsen Preçi there with 80-85 thousand euros.  As far as I remember, a girl went there in a taxi, who took the money. I paid Juliano the whole time," he said.
