Asim Vokshi passed as a member of the Constitutional Court

The Supreme Court announces that, following the filing on 23.09.2025 by the Judicial Appointments Council (KED) of the report and ranking list of candidates for the vacant position of judge of the Constitutional Court, a position announced by the Supreme Court on 11.12.2024, it has taken the next step in this institutional process.

In support of the relevant legal provisions and regulations, the President of the High Court, Mr. Sokol Sadushi, has decided to convene a Special Meeting of the judges of the High Court.

The meeting will take place on September 30, 2025, at 09:00, near the premises of the Supreme Court, with the aim of electing the new member of the Constitutional Court.
