Behar Kamberi , the psychiatrist who was arrested by Tirana police on his own initiative, following a complaint filed by sports moderator Albano Bejko , who claimed that she had been harassed by the Kosovar doctor, has been released from prison .

The right decision to release Kamberi was made by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, which, after evaluating the material referred by Police Station No. 2, taking the statement of the complainant Albano Bejko, and reviewing the messages, created the legal conviction that Kamberi could not continue to remain in detention.

Several messages read by journalist Elton Qyno show a sentimental feeling that Kosovar doctor Behar Kamberi has shown towards the sports moderator.

Text messages such as: " ...I love you...I want to marry you..." or "...you are very beautiful, I want to meet you because I came from Kosovo just for you... ", have been assessed by the Tirana prosecutor's office as completely normal communication and not at all disturbing, intimidating, or threatening to the sports moderator's life.

Above all, these messages reviewed by the prosecution do not constitute a serious reason for the continued detention of psychiatrist Behar Kamberi.

A psychiatrist was also questioned in this case, who tearfully testified to the police that he had simply expressed his sentimental feelings and had come to Tirana in the hope of meeting Albana and proposing marriage.

The doctor, through tears, stated that he cannot remain in prison just because he expressed his liking for a girl, as according to him, he never threatened or intimidated the sports moderator.

Given this situation, the Tirana prosecutor's office, after thoroughly studying the case in question, decided to order the immediate release of Kosovar doctor Behar Kamberi, choosing to continue the investigation against him while he was at large.

The case in question shows the delicate legal line of persecution and the manifestation of a feeling of love towards a girl, who, although she does not show consent, contacts the police with a criminal report, leading to the arrest of the Kosovar doctor. / Ora
