A serious incident happened in Dimal where two people were put in handcuffs by the police because they are accused of self-judgment.

It is learned that FH, 33 years old and AH, 30 years old (brothers), residents of Drenovicë, Dimal, forcibly took a 15-year-old boy, whom they suspected of having stolen a sum of money, to their apartment.
